Employee evaluations are a commonly plagued with misunderstandings and poor judgment as a result of cognitive bias. Evaluations conducted poorly tend to produce innacurate reviews, and dramatically lower employee motivation. 
 
This report describes the different cognitive and behavioral biasses that affect those conducting employee evaluations, and proposes a framework for correcting them.
